Refund Policy

1. Overview
Because our services are largely custom and project-based, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This policy sets out the general rules that apply to each service category. Any specific refund terms agreed in a signed proposal or service agreement take precedence over this policy.
Blibo Solutions is committed to fair resolution. Where a refund is not applicable, we will work with you to find an appropriate remedy such as additional revisions, service credits, or scope adjustments.
2. Website & Software Development
Refunds on completed milestones or the remaining balance may be considered in the following circumstances:
- We fail to deliver the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cannot cure the failure within a reasonable additional period.
- The delivered work materially fails to meet the specifications agreed in the signed proposal and we are unable to correct it after two revision cycles.
- A project is cancelled by Blibo Solutions for reasons not attributable to the client.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has commenced.
- Dissatisfaction with creative direction that was approved at an earlier stage.
- Delays caused by the client failing to provide required content, feedback, or access.
- Work completed and accepted by the client.
3. Bulk SMS Credits
Bulk SMS credits are prepaid and consumed per message sent. By nature, sent messages cannot be recalled or refunded.
- Credits that have not been used and are still valid may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, less any applicable processing fees.
- Credits used to send messages are non-refundable.
- Failed message deliveries (network errors, invalid numbers) are credited back to your account automatically and are not charged.
- Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are non-refundable.
4. Prints & Design
Design projects involve significant creative labour that begins immediately after engagement. Our policy is:
- Refunds are available in full if a project is cancelled before creative work begins.
- If a project is cancelled after initial concepts have been presented, a 50% refund of the total fee applies.
- No refund is available once a design has been approved by the client and sent to print, or once final digital files have been delivered.
- We include up to three (3) rounds of revisions in every design project. Requests beyond this scope are billed separately.
Print errors caused by Blibo Solutions (incorrect colour, missing content, poor quality) will be reprinted at our cost. Errors resulting from client-approved artwork or late change requests are not eligible for a reprint or refund.
5. Specialised Platforms
Specialised platform projects (e-commerce, portals, voting systems, etc.) follow the same refund framework as custom software development (see Section 2).
For subscription-based platform access or SaaS services hosted by Blibo Solutions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided for active subscription periods.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase are eligible for a full refund, less any usage costs incurred.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method:
- Mobile Money (MoMo): 1–3 business days.
- Bank Transfer: 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- Card payments via Paystack: 5–10 business days.
- International wire transfer: 7–14 business days.
If you have not received your refund within the stated period, please check with your bank or mobile money provider first, then contact us if the issue persists.
